The Shopify Membership is an all-in-one monthly subscription that gives your e-commerce store a dedicated Shopify design, development, and maintenance team on demand. Instead of hiring expensive in-house developers or juggling freelancers, you get continuous store improvements, bug fixes, custom feature development, speed optimization, and landing page builds under one predictable monthly fee.

We offer two main membership tracks tailored to store needs:
Shopify Growth Membership (Tiers: Maintain, Grow, Scale, Power): Covers store development, custom Liquid coding, bug fixes, theme tweaks, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page builds, and app configurations.
SEO Membership & AI Marketing (Tiers: Starter, Growth, Advanced, Enterprise): Focuses on organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI-driven content generation, technical SEO, backlink building, and search visibility.

If you are subscribed to a single membership (e.g., Growth), your requests are limited to development/design tasks. If you subscribe to both memberships, you can submit concurrent requests for both SEO and development. Depending on your tier, we handle multiple tasks in your queue at a time.

You can submit as many requests to your Trello/Notion board as you want. We work through them one by one (or multiple concurrently depending on your tier) and deliver updates on a steady cadence. Once a task is approved by you, we immediately start the next one in the queue.

There are absolutely no long-term contracts. All memberships are billed month-to-month. You can cancel, pause, or upgrade your membership anytime before the next billing cycle.

You will have a dedicated project manager who will act as your main point of contact, along with access to a team of specialized senior Shopify developers, UI/UX designers, and SEO experts depending on your plan.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the task and your membership tier. Minor tweaks and bug fixes are usually completed within 24-48 hours. Larger requests (like building a custom landing page) are broken down into milestone deliveries.

You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your customer portal or by reaching out to our support team at contact@arhamcommerce.com. We require a 7-day notice before your next billing date.

Because of the high-quality, custom nature of development and SEO work, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or for past months. If you are unhappy with a specific task, we offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

Yes! If you don't have enough tasks for a particular month, you can pause your subscription. Your remaining days will be banked for when you return, ensuring you don't lose value.

Our Shopify Theme Sections are pre-coded, highly customizable UI blocks (like sliders, hero banners, grids, accordions, etc.) that you can easily plug into your existing Shopify theme without needing a developer.

Yes! Our sections are built to be compatible with 99% of Shopify OS 2.0 themes (Dawn, Prestige, Impulse, Impact, etc.). They integrate seamlessly without breaking your existing theme structure.

Not at all! The sections are provided with clear, copy-paste instructions. Once added, you can customize all colors, texts, images, and layouts directly from your native Shopify Theme Customizer.
