Scope of Policy

This return policy applies to all web design, development services, and digital design products provided by our web agency.

Service Cancellation

  1. Clients may cancel their service agreement within 14 days of signing, provided no substantial work has been completed. If work has commenced, the client is liable for the cost of the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
  2. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, minus any applicable charges for work already completed.

Digital Product Returns

  1. Due to the nature of digital designs and products, returns are generally not accepted. However, exceptions can be made in the following scenarios:
    • The product is not as described.
    • There are technical issues with the product that cannot be resolved.
  2. Requests for returns of digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Upon approval of a return, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.

Revisions and Modifications

  1. Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions on delivered work, as specified in the service agreement.
  2. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.

Non-Refundable Services

  1. All services that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, completed web design and development projects, SEO services, and marketing campaigns.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes related to the return or refund of services should first be addressed with our customer service team.
  2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to an independent arbitrator or relevant legal authority, depending on the nature of the dispute.

Policy Amendments

  1. We reserve the right to amend this return policy at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
