Steps

1. ) Go to quiz create page.
2. ) First write your quiz title.
3. ) If you want to collect user information then checked the checkbox “get user information”.
4. ) Write down your question on a question box.
5. ) If questions are required then chacked then checkbox “Question Required”.
6. ) You have “5 Options” available for answers.
   1. ) Single Selection.
   2. ) Multiple Selection.
   3. ) Text Fields.
   4. ) TextArea.
   5. ) Fileupload.
7. ) 6.1 is single “Answer selection” options, and upload your image(optional).
8. ) 6.2 is “Multiple Answer” selection options, and upload your image(optional).
9. ) 6.3 – 6.4 is “Text Fields” options to get user input.
10. ) You can add more answer’s bottom right of 1’st answer.
11. ) You can also delete Answer click  Icon to delete. same as Question.
12. ) You can also answer sequence change with drag and drop  icon.
13. ) You can add more question to click “Add Question” button bottom of page.
14. ) If create all question and answer then click“Save Quiz” button.
15. ) You can also watch “Video”.
