What is the FAQ page?

The FAQ page provides merchants with a space to present comprehensive responses to common customer inquiries. With a specific page devoted to FAQs, customers can effortlessly locate answers to their frequent questions, streamlining the purchasing journey by reducing obstacles.

How to set up the FAQ page


  • Open the Theme Editor.
  • Use the dropdown menu to navigate to Pages > FAQ.
  • The FAQ page already includes multiple sections, which are outlined in the Template portion on the left side of the screen.
  • After configuring the content and layout, designate a page in the Shopify admin by going to Online Store > Pages to utilize this template.

On the left side of the screen, within the Template section, you’ll find various default sections: an Image with Text Overlay section that can serve as the primary h1 page heading, a FAQ Header section for content search and index display, Collapsible Tabs sections for the FAQs, and a Rich Text section suitable for linking to the store’s contact page. These sections are flexible; they can be added, deleted, or rearranged as needed.
